Should the CJP form the government, we decree that no retiring Chief Justice will ever receive a Rajya Sabha nomination as a post-retirement incentive. Judicial independence must remain sacred.

If any legitimate voter is wrongfully purged from the electoral rolls, the Chief Election Commissioner will face severe legal consequences under strict anti-sabotage laws. Erasing a citizen's vote is an attack on democracy itself.

We mandate an immediate 50% reservation for women in Parliament, completely abandoning the flawed 33% model, without expanding the total seat count. Furthermore, 50% of all top-tier Cabinet portfolios will be exclusively designated for female leadership.

Media conglomerates monopolized by billionaires will face instant license revocations to pave the way for genuinely independent journalism. The financial accounts of compromised, propagandist anchors will undergo rigorous public auditing.

Any elected representative (MP or MLA) who defects to another party post-election will face an absolute, unconditional 20-year ban from contesting elections or holding any public office.
